Wave International was required to establish a SharePoint based document control system for Base Resources in Perth and Base Titanium in Kenya, which would be utilised during project execution and subsequently during operations.

Working closely with the client and a local software developer, Wave was responsible for:

development and implementation strategies of the web based document management and control system

• management of associated policies, plans, procedures and templates
• implementation, rollout and training, locally in Perth and onsite in Kenya
• ongoing review, development and control during the project execution phase
