Scope

Wave was commissioned to provide Detailed Engineering, Project and Construction Management.

Description

Appointed to provide representation on behalf of Wesfarmers Resources as a shareholder in WICET port and rail project (~$2.5B port component), Wave delivered governance support, technical review and input, project controls review and input, project management support and engagement in the the ongoing activities of the project.  As Owners Engineer and representative, this also included:

• Risk Management workshops;
• WICET project management subcommittee (PMSC) meetings; and
• Stockpile extension project- Study Management.
