Caustic Geo Tank Bulk Storage Facility

Wave International were commissioned to support the design and construction management of a caustic storage geo tank.

Wave facilitated the:

Installation and Technical Standards: the establishment of technical and construction specifications, P&ID’s, and construction details
Storage Geo Tank Engineering Design which included: leak detection pipeline, inlet tank and outlet, civil and piping, floating roof and storm water management and pumping.
Operations, Maintenance and Safety design of the floating roof structure including sampling and inspection ports, ballast beams and perimeter vents.
