The Wave team is passionate about engineering, and supportive of my personal and professional growth. Despite cultural differences, I’ve overcome obstacles with the help of my manager and the team, who encourage me to face challenges and balance work and study. My journey at Wave has been great. I would highly recommend the experience of working in a company that prioritises employee well-being and provides opportunities for career planning and goal achievement, regardless of whether you are an undergraduate or a senior professional.
Gabriel Honorio / Graduate Civil Engineer
My experience at Wave International has been pleasant. As an intern with a background in mining, I wanted to explore processing and expand my skills. Wave’s focus on energy transition is exciting. Attending the EIT raw materials summit and talking to passionate industry and academic professionals was motivating. I’ve already learned a lot and look forward to continued career growth.
Harm Duncker/Graduate Process Engineer
As an undergraduate engineer with limited experience prior to joining the Wave team, the overall learning experience has had a lasting legacy. Gaining knowledge has come in a multitude of ways both engineering related and non-engineering related which has allowed my studies to be enhanced at the same time. The more experienced engineers and project managers have been really helpful in helping me learn and grow, and the social environment here is really supportive and awesome. Plus, the way that Wave helps undergrads learn is perfect-it’s a great place to start your career in mining!
