Lionel is a Principal Engineer / Manager with over 25 years’ experience across the resources sector including nickel, copper, gold, iron ore, alumina, coal, salt, oil and gas (onshore), lithium, vanadium and rare earths in consulting, EPC, EPCM, manufacturing and teaching environments. He has an extensive technical background in structural and heavy industrial design with a good working knowledge of civil, mechanical and piping engineering disciplines also, coupled with an in-depth knowledge of Australian and international design standards and safety-in-design principles.
Lionel has good business acumen with whole of business awareness, solid experience in multidiscipline engineering design management, tender and bid preparation, resource estimates, cost estimates and development of project documentation.
