Stefans’ primary field of expertise is the planning and management of infrastructure and development projects, including non-process mining infrastructure, municipal, commercial and industrial projects with a specific focus on earthworks, roads, drainage and water infrastructure.
He has been responsible for the planning and management of a number of large scale development and civil infrastructure projects, from feasibility to close-out stage, for both private and public sector clients.
